Views of Keswick from Crow Park Hotel

The Crow Park Hotel is an elegant early Victorian building built around 1800. This substantial hotel overlooks the peaceful grassy expanse of Hope and Crow Park. Just a short three-minute walk from Keswick's picturesque market square and from Derwentwater's shore and the Theatre by the Lake, few hotels in Keswick have a better position or views.

The view of Keswick show below, taken around 1870 we believe, shows the Heads road and Crow Park Hotel (probably a private house at that time) situated all on its own.
